Abstract:
To provide edible liquid oil capable of suppressing formation of brown deposits and fat crystals during storage at a low temperature by adding phospholipid.SOLUTION: Edible Liquid oil contains phospholipid in edible oil and fat in liquid at ambient temperature, wherein the edible liquid oil contains: phosphatidylcholine content equal to 35 ppm or less; and a total content of phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidic acid equal to 140 ppm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
