Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for acquiring a three-dimensional image of a measurement target object by a holographic method using waves.SOLUTION: The wave imaging apparatus uses an arrangement as a detection unit, the arrangement including a detector that detects waves arriving from a measurement target object and signal processing means that phase-detects or frequency-converts a first signal output from the detector and outputs a second signal, the wave imaging apparatus comprising: a plurality of the detection units; a selector for selecting a second signal output from the plurality of detection units; a digital converter of the selected second signal; means for acquiring digital pixel data by performing the selection and the digital conversion on a plurality of the detection units; means for acquiring time-series digital pixel data by repeating the digital pixel data acquisition once or a plurality of times; calculation means for numerical processing of the time-series digital pixel data, which performs interference to augment arriving waves from specific sites of the measurement target object more than arriving waves from sites other than the specific sites; and imaging means that executes the calculation means on the plurality of the specific sites.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
