Abstract:
To provide an oil-in-water emulsion type ultraviolet protection cosmetic having high ultraviolet protection effect and excellent abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water emulsion type ultraviolet protection cosmetic which comprises the following (A) to (D): (A) an acrylic acid-based water soluble polymer, (B) an organic ultraviolet absorber, (C) a silicone oil and (D) tripolyhydroxyl fatty acid dipentaerythrityl. An (acrylates/10-30C alkyl acrylate) crosspolymer is used as the acrylic acid-based water soluble polymer, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate are used in combination as the organic ultraviolet absorber and dipentaerythrityl tri-polyhydroxystearate or the like is exemplified as the tripolyhydroxyl fatty acid dipentaerythrityl.SELECTED DRAWING: None
