Abstract:
To provide a polymer composition and a molded product having excellent balance among heat resistance, rigidity, transparency and impact resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a polymer composition (X) satisfying (X-1) which comprises 70.0 to 85.0 mass% of a 4-methyl-1-pentene (co)polymer (A) satisfying (A-a), 30.0 to 15.0 mass% of a 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (B) satisfying (B-a) (the total of (A) and (B) is 100 mass%). (A-a): the content of a constitutional unit (U1) derived from 4-methyl-1-pentene is 96.0 to 100 mol% and the content of a constitutional unit (U2) derived from an olefin selected from the group consisting of ethylene and an α-olefin having 3 to 20 carbon atoms (excluding 4-methyl-1-pentene) is 4.0 to 0 mol%, (B-a); the content of the constitutional unit (U1) is 85.0 mol% or more and less than 96.0 mol% and the content of the constitutional unit (U2) is more than 4.0 mol% and 15.0 mol% or less, (X-1): each intrinsic viscosity [ηA] and [ηB] of (A) and (B) measured in decalin at 135°C satisfies the following expression: 0.7≤1/[ηA]×([ηA]/[ηB])0.84≤5.3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
