Abstract:
To provide a carburization gas nozzle which is less likely to generate soot, and a vacuum carburization furnace.SOLUTION: A carburization gas nozzle 5 includes an introduction passage 6 for introducing carburization gas G into a heating chamber 30 of a vacuum carburization furnace 1. The introduction passage 6 has a heating section 63 to which heat is transferred from the heating chamber 30. The carburization gas nozzle 5 includes a pressure control part 62 for controlling a pressure of the carburization gas G in the heating section 63 below an allowable pressure capable of suppressing generation of soot from the carburization gas G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
