Abstract:
To provide an inspection apparatus for hydraulic equipment capable of precisely inspecting foreign matter entering a hydraulic circuit.SOLUTION: In an inspection apparatus 20 for hydraulic equipment, a hydraulic circuit 21 includes a branch valve 33. An optical detection part 24 has an inspection oil path 41 connected to the branch valve 33 and comprising an inspection filter 45 for collecting abrasion powder. A control part 25 lets the branch valve 33 operate to supply oil to the inspection oil path 41. The optical detection part 24 has a first contamination sensor 42 and a second contamination sensor 43. The first contamination sensor 42 is arranged upstream from the inspection filter 45 and detects the abrasion powder. The second contamination sensor 43 is arranged downstream from the inspection filter 45 and detects the abrasion powder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
