To reduce burden on a user by operation.SOLUTION: A display controller displays a menu image 500 including a plurality of menu items 511 to 518 arranged intermittently or continuously along a closed figure encircling a reference point P and a pointer 520 designating any of the menu items. A processor switches state between a first state that designates a menu item in accordance with a position signal on the basis of a first correlation between the position signal detected by a touch sensor and the menu item, and a second state that designates a menu item in accordance with a position signal on the basis of a second correlation between the position signal and the menu item which is different from the first correlation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5B
