Abstract:
To provide a dishwasher which comprises a small-article basket and has structure enabling washing water to sufficiently delivered to small articles housed in the small-article basket.SOLUTION: A dishwasher 1 has structure in which a small-article basket 3 having a bottom 32 formed into a meshed shape is arranged in a prescribed position, and washing water is jetted upward from a nozzle hole 41 of a washing nozzle 4 moving below the small-article basket 3. A range including a moving locus k of the nozzle hole 41 in the bottom 32 of the small-article basket 3 or a periphery of the moving locus k is a water take-in portion 7 which is opened to be wider than a mesh opening diameter of the other portion. A spreading means 8 spreading the washing water jetted upward from below in a lateral direction can be provided above the water take-in portion 7 in the small-article basket 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
