Abstract:
To meet the need for functional improvement which, relating to a bicycle key lending machine provided in line with a bicycle lending plan, allows usual daily operation to continue, even when a large-scale flood damage occurs or when a power outage or communication failure occurs due to an earthquake or a disaster.SOLUTION: A solar panel 4 for photovoltaic power generation is introduced and a built-in storage battery 7 is combined to promote the guarantee of power supply for a lending machine 6. Meanwhile, for response to a trouble that causes the communication line of a wireless LAN to be disconnected, a unique passcode returned to a portable terminal 5 at initial registration time is switched to display by a two-dimensional QR code (registered trademark) and the lending machine 6 is provided with a reading mechanism 8 for the QR code. Temporary preservation of data is realized by linkage with the number of a new bicycle parking spot or a PC unit (use information integration circuit) 9 having had an application expanded that allows use information to be accumulated. Communication with a host PC 1 is performed after a power outage or communication failure is restored, with use information aggregated and billing business carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
