Abstract:
To provide an information gathering system which can realize to collect comprehensively information related to a ride comfort at a low cost.SOLUTION: An information gathering system comprises an acquisition unit and a processing unit. The acquisition unit acquires, from portable terminals possessed by passengers in a movable body, movable body state information indicating the states of the movable body and ride specific information that is information specifying the times and places at which the passengers ride the movable body. The processing unit stores location information of the movable body at the time when the movable body state information is acquired, the movable body state information and the ride specific information in association with one another, in a storage unit, based on the time information at the time when the movable body state information is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
