Abstract:
To provide a monitoring device and a monitoring method, capable of visually grasping a place in which and the time at which movement of a detection object is detected among monitoring areas.SOLUTION: A monitoring device comprises: a setting processing unit which sets a specification area specified by a user; a determination processing unit which determines a plurality of imaging devices capturing the specification area; an acquisition processing unit which acquires a captured image from each of the plurality of imaging devices determined by the determination processing unit; a detection processing unit which detects a change of the captured image and the time at which the captured image is changed; an identification processing unit which identifies a first detection area corresponding to the change of the captured image among a plurality of detection areas when the change of the captured image is detected; and a display processing unit which displays first identification information of each of the plurality of imaging devices identified by the determination processing unit, second identification information corresponding to the imaging device in which the first detection area serves as an imaging range, and the time at which the captured image is changed in a display unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
