To provide a device authentication method, a control method for service access, a device, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: In a method for authenticating a device, an authentication request device issues an authentication request transaction to a distributed ledger, and an authentication response device reads and authenticates the authentication request transaction from the distributed ledger.EFFECT: During authentication handshake, the cost for arranging an authentication system is reduced to improve the efficiency in authentication and access service control without requiring management of a third party authentication center or participation of a cooperation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
