Abstract:
To provide an inverter unit capable of suppressing negative effects due to common mode noise.SOLUTION: An inverter unit is an inverter unit configured to convert a direct current into an alternating current to be supplied to a motor. The inverter unit includes: a grounded case provided with a housing chamber to be externally opened; a circuit substrate positioned in the housing chamber; and a bus bar for connecting the circuit substrate and the case. The circuit substrate includes: a switching element; a connector connected to an external power unit; an electrode connected to the bus bar; and ground patterns connected to the switching element, the connector, and the electrode. The ground patterns P1 and P2 are provided with a coil element 75 having impedance and a capacitor element 76 having capacitance, for easily flowing current from the switching element 71 to a grounding electrode 74 rather than to a connector 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
