Abstract:
To provide a hermetic type compressor which, by using a polyol ester system lubrication oil as a refrigeration oil, has good oil return performance and gives stable lubricity to slide members over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A hermetic type compressor is provided in a refrigeration cycle and comprises a closed vessel, a compressor part housed in the closed vessel for compressing a refrigerant, an electric motor part for driving the compressor part, and a refrigeration oil. The refrigerant contains: 20% by mass or more of difluoromethane; 20% by mass or more of pentafluoroethane; 20% by mass or more of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; and 20% by mass or more of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane. The refrigeration oil uses a polyol ester system lubrication oil having a low-temperature side two-layer separation temperature with the refrigerant of -42°C±5°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
