Abstract:
To provide a pass box that intends completeness of a decontamination effect by concentrating decontamination mist on a surface of an article to be transported into an environment of grade A, and intends high efficiency of a decontamination operation by shortening a time of an aeration operation.SOLUTION DEVICE: A decontamination device includes: a first room for decontaminating an outer surface of an article with a decontaminant; a second room for removing the decontaminant remained on the outer surface of the decontaminated article; a mobile device for moving a decontaminant supply device, a decontaminant control device, and the article; and an air supply and exhaust device for supplying and exhausting clean air. The decontaminant supply device supplies to the inside of the first room accommodating the article by converting a chemical for decontamination into decontamination mist. The decontaminant control device is provided with a vibration board arranged in the neighborhood of an inner wall of the first room, and ultrasonically vibrating the vibration board to generate a sonic flow due to an ultrasonic wave in a vertical direction from a board surface, applies indent pressure due to sonic radiation pressure to the supplied decontamination mist to act integrally on the outer surface of the article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
