Abstract:
To configure a printer so as to allow a user to readily grasp a discharge state of sheet and an operation state of the printer.SOLUTION: A printer includes: a printing part stored in a housing and printing on a sheet; a sheet discharge port for discharging the sheet on which the printing part prints; a light emitting part installed in a position separated from the sheet discharge port; an optical fiber for leading light of the light emitting part; and a display part for emitting light that has passed through the optical fiber, where the display part is arranged in proximity to the sheet discharge port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
