Abstract:
To provide a cosmetic having excellent film uniformity and pigment dispersibility when applied, less likely to cause film convergence due to drying, less likely to cause stiffness due to the film convergence, and also having high glossiness and color development.SOLUTION: A urethane resin aqueous dispersion for cosmetics comprises as constituent monomers: (a) a polyol having a number average molecular weight of 500 or more and 5,000 or less, and having no acid group; (b) a compound having an acid group and two or more active hydrogen groups excluding acid groups in the molecule; (c) a polyol having a number average molecular weight of less than 500, and having no acid group; and (d) an isocyanate; a urethane resin (U) having a total content of 0.09 to 0.90 m mol/g of acid groups neutralized with an acid group and amino group-containing compound being dispersed in (e) an aqueous medium.SELECTED DRAWING: None
