Abstract:
To produce a coil consisting of a regularly wound wire rod to prevent misalignment of the wound wire rod.SOLUTION: A winding device of the present invention produces coils 13, 14 by winding a wire rod 16 onto a winding core rotated by rotating means 25. The winding core has base plates 36a, 37a and multiple hooking pins 36b, 37b erected along an inner circumference of the coil to be manufactured on the base plates, and circumferential grooves 36c, 37c into which the wire rod 16 falls are formed on the outer circumferences of the plurality of hooking pins, respectively. The rotating means 25 includes a rotating plate 27 rotated by driving means 26 and a pair of columnar members 28, 29 erected on the rotating plate so as to sandwich the center of rotation. The inner base plate 36a is attached to tips of the pair of columnar members, respectively, and the outer base plate 37a is provided on each of the pair of columnar members so as to be movable in a direction of the rotation axis. Outer winding core moving means 55 for moving the outer base plate 37a is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
