Abstract:
To provide a damper that can obtain damping force for suppressing relative turning of a spring upper member and a spring lower member while suppressing bulkiness thereof in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A damper 10 comprises a damping passage 40, connected to a lower arm 3, which communicates a first elastic member 11 with a second elastic member 12, and imparts resistance to flow of gas flowing between the first elastic member 11 and the second elastic member 12. The damper 10 comprises a link member 50, connected to the lower arm 3 and a vehicle body B, which expands and contracts the first elastic member 11, in response to turning around a turning shaft A2 of the lower arm 3. The second elastic member 12 contracts in response to the expansion of the first elastic member 11 by the link member 50 and expands in response to the contraction of the first elastic member 11 by the link member 50. The first elastic member 11 and the second elastic member 12 are arranged parallely in a direction crossing a vertical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
