Abstract:
To provide a display device in which a plurality of liquid crystal display units are attached to a curved cover plate, the display device not requiring complicated manufacturing steps.SOLUTION: The display device includes: a plurality of display units 6 arranged with predetermined intervals, the display units being capable of displaying images; protective plates 5 and 8 formed of one plate and arranged on a front surface of the display unit 6; and a plurality of translucent adhesive layers 7 arranged so as to cover respective display surfaces 61 of the display units 6. The display units 6 are attached to the protective plates 5 and 8 by the translucent adhesive layer 7. The protective plates 5 and 8 have trench parts 51c and 81c corresponding to positions of the predetermined intervals. Bending the trench parts 51c and 81c makes the respective display surfaces 61 of the display units 6 face different directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
