Abstract:
To facilitate the use of a voice UI compared with before, which is used together with an apparatus that executes a job.SOLUTION: An image processing system 4 comprises: an image forming apparatus 1 that executes a job; a smart speaker 2 that outputs a message by voice; and a server 3. When an inquiry about the details of setting of the job set to the image forming apparatus 1 is made by voice, if a predetermined requirement is not satisfied, the server 3 controls the smart speaker 2 so that the condition is played back at a first speed, and if the predetermined requirement is satisfied, controls the smart speaker 2 so that the condition is played back at a second speed faster than the first speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
