Abstract:
To provide a marker coil which attains high precision, acceleration of a measuring procedure, and simplification of a measurement device.SOLUTION: A marker coil 40 is used to identify a relative positional relation between each of magnetic sensors 320i and the marker coil, by the magnetic sensors, and composed of a polygonal conductor having at least three line segments. The polygonal shape is asymmetrical without any of point symmetry, line symmetry, and rotation symmetry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
