Abstract:
To simply set a conveyance motion of a conveyance device when a press motion is changed.SOLUTION: In a press device 1, a slide 18 mounted with a mold for press molding a molding material W and a transfer feeder 40 for conveying the molding material W are interlocked with each other. A control device 50 of the press device 1 sets a reference TF motion Fs of the transfer feeder 40 corresponding to a predetermined reference press motion Ps of the slide 18, sets a synchronous timing ST of the reference TF motion Fs to the reference press motion Ps, extends time of the partial reference press motion Ps and sets a press motion P of actual operation, and sets the TF motion of the actual operation so that the operation pattern from the synchronous timing ST is the same as the reference TF motion Fs while making the synchronous timing ST to the press motion P coincide with the reference TF motion Fs to the reference press motion Ps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
