Abstract:
To provide a bactericidal agent composition for hard surfaces that has no stimulus to hand or skin, has a pH of neutral region, has high bactericidal activity even with an extremely low content of a cationic surfactant, and can be uniformly applied to a target surface, a hard surface treatment method using the composition, and a method for improving the wettability of a bactericidal agent composition for hard surfaces containing a cationic surfactant.SOLUTION: A bactericidal agent composition for hard surfaces contains (a) a cationic surfactant [component (a)] of 0.0001 mass% or more and 1.0 mass% or less, and (b) at least one surfactant [component (b)] selected from an amide alkyl amine oxide surfactant, a betaine surfactant and an alkyl glycoside surfactant, with a mass ratio between the content of component (a) and the content of component (b), (a)/(b), of 0.01 or more and 15 or less, and a pH at 20°C of 4.0 or more and 9.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
