Abstract:
To prevent diffusion of foreign objects removed from a dust removal object to a surrounding area in an open type air shower.SOLUTION: An air shower includes: dust removal airflow generating means which blows dust removal airflow to a dust removal object in an open space; dust collecting means which is disposed at the opposite side of the dust removal airflow generating means across the dust removal object and generates dust collecting airflow flowing around the dust removal object by suctioning force; and sheath airflow generating means which enables sheath airflow enclosing the dust removal airflow to flow. The dust collecting means suctions the dust removal airflow colliding with the dust removal object, foreign objects removed by the dust removal airflow, and the sheath airflow with the duct collecting airflow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
