Abstract:
To provide an eddy current type reduction gear with excellent durability even when exposed to thermal cycles above 600°C.SOLUTION: An eddy current type reduction gear comprises: a stator with a cylinder body and a plurality of magnets arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the cylinder body; a rotor 10 with a cylindrical part for accommodating the cylinder body; on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical part of the rotor, in order from an inner peripheral surface side, a first layer 110 made of nickel alloy; a second layer 120, which is composed of one or two types selected from a group consisting of copper and copper alloys, and in an axial cross-part of the cylindrical part, assuming a line segment parallel to the inner circumferential surface at a position of 90 μm in a radial direction of the cylindrical part from the first layer, and when a total length of the line segment is 100%, crystal grains with a length of 5 μm or more overlapping the line segment occupy 30% or more on the line segment; a third layer 130 made of a nickel alloy; and a fourth layer 140 made of a nickel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
