Abstract:
To provide an exercising aid that can expand and contract and that can maintain left and right balance.SOLUTION: The present invention is a rod-like exercising aid that can longitudinally expand and contract. The exercising aid includes: a proximal part that is situated in the center in the longitudinal direction of the exercising aid; a first length adjustment part that can be moved for the proximal part by sliding from one end of the proximal part in the longitudinal direction; and a second length adjustment part that can be moved for the proximal part by sliding from the other end different from the one end of the proximal part in the longitudinal direction. The proximal part and the first length adjustment part can be fixed at an arbitrary position, as can be the proximal part and the second length adjustment part. The first length adjustment part and the second length adjustment part are symmetrically shaped relative to the center line in the longitudinal direction of the proximal part. With the purpose of making the exercising aid symmetrical relative to the center line, the position of the first length adjustment part and of the second length adjustment part can be fixed, in the exercising aid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
