Abstract:
To provide an additively manufacturing apparatus having a judging apparatus for judging/determining at least one irradiation parameter inside a processing chamber of the apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus (1) for additively manufacturing a three-dimensional object (2) by means of successive layer-wise selective irradiation and consolidation of a layer of a build material (3) which can be consolidated by means of an energy source (5), in which a measurement beam source (17) that is adapted to generate a measurement beam (7) is provided, in which a beam guiding unit (20) that is adapted to guide the measurement beam (7) in a build plane (6) in a process chamber is provided, in which a judging apparatus (8) is adapted to determine at least one parameter relating to the three-dimensional object (2) and/or a build material layer (9) based on interference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
