Abstract:
患者における細胞老化と関連した疾患、障害又は病的状態を診断する方法は、患者から試料を得るステップと、試料中の細胞表面AGEを示す細胞の数を測定するステップと、試料中の細胞表面AGEを示す細胞の数が、対照における細胞表面AGEを示す細胞の数より大きい場合、患者を細胞老化と関連した疾患、障害又は病的状態と診断するステップとを含む。
