本開示は、光散乱の効果、および、主に、光散乱が、変動する染料濃度において、検出光内のＲＧＢチャネル信号の割合をどのように変化させるか、を考慮する色基準ベクトルを自動的に選択することによって画像内の色を分けるためのシステム及び方法を提供する。
