Abstract:
To provide compositions for prevention of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD).SOLUTION: An immunogenic composition comprises an antigen component and an adjuvant component, where: a) the adjuvant component comprises an emulsion containing oil, an immunostimulatory oligonucleotide, and at least one of i) a polycationic polymer and ii) a source of aluminum; and b) the antigen component comprises 0.5-10 μg of an FMD virus composition per dose.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
