Abstract:
To provide a waterproof structure of a house adopted for effectively preventing water from entering a living space from between a foundation part and a sill, and the waterproof house using the structure.SOLUTION: A waterproof (moisture permeable) sheet 21 is disposed between a wall component 4 and an outer wall substrate 14. The outer side surface of a foundation part 1 is flush with the outer side surface of the wall component 4, and the lower end side back surface of the waterproof (moisture permeable) sheet 21 and the outer side surface of the foundation part 1 are stuck to each other by a high elastic waterproof paint 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
