Title:
SWITCHING POWER-SUPPLY DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2021002951
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To suppress the generation of overvoltage when a converter is restarted without the need for a dedicated discharge circuit.SOLUTION: A switching power-supply device 100 includes a first converter 101, a second converter 102, a backup control circuit 8, and a control unit 9. The control unit 9 outputs a second signal S2 that drives the second converter 102 based on a first signal S1 from the outside, and outputs a third signal S3 that drives the backup control circuit 8 when the output voltage of the first converter 101 disappears or drops. The output of the second signal S2 is prohibited even if the first signal S1 is input again due to the restart of the second converter 102, and the backup control circuit 8 is put into operation by the output of the third signal S3 for a certain period of time from the time when the input of the first signal S1 is lost. Therefore, by the time a certain period of time elapses, the electric charge of a capacitor provided in a rectifier circuit 22 is discharged via the backup control circuit 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
