To provide a technology that enables faster determination of a distribution channel when performing complex distribution.SOLUTION: A channel generation device for generating a distribution channel that travels between a departure point and a plurality of destinations includes a generation unit that generates one or more first distribution channels between the departure point and take-off and landing points using predetermined transportation means and that satisfy a first condition, one or more second distribution channels that travel from the take-off and landing points to the take-off and landing points via a plurality of destinations using an unmanned aerial vehicle and that satisfy a second condition, and a predetermined number of distribution channels in order starting from the distribution channel with the shortest channel length among the one or more distribution channels that combine the one or more first distribution channels and the one or more second distribution channels, and an output unit that outputs the predetermined number of distribution channels generated by the generating unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
