To provide a cartridge for sky rockets and a launching cylinder for sky rockets, capable of installing or removing equipment required for sky rockets quickly, easily and safely.SOLUTION: A cartridge 1 for sky rockets has: a long container 2 housed in a launching cylinder for sky rockets; a launching explosive body 6 placed on the bottom of this container 2; a firework ball 10 placed on this launching explosive body 6; a detonating cord 7 connected to the launching explosive body 6, and an electric detonator 8 connected to this detonating cord 7.
