To provide systems and methods for exchanging buffer solutions.SOLUTION: Provided are systems and methods for exchanging buffer solutions. Also provided are systems and methods for removing low molecular weight carriers from mixtures containing high molecular weight components or microorganisms and low molecular weight carriers.
