Abstract:
To adjust or equalize baking results of cooked objects by changing heating conditions according to the thickness of the cooked objects.SOLUTION: A cooking method includes: a step of supporting a cooked object (F) on a platen part (10), transferring the object to a griddle part (8), and heating the object; a step of measuring the thickness of the cooked object; a step of setting or adjusting heating conditions including a heating time or a heating temperature according to the thickness of the cooked object; a step of supporting the cooked object (F) on a support plate included in the platen part, and transferring the object to the griddle part; and a step of sandwiching the cooked object between the support plate and the platen part, and measuring the thickness of the cooked object from an interval between the support plate and the platen part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
