To provide a form panel which can suppress slag leakage of a concrete paste and a mortar paste.SOLUTION: On upper surfaces 11a of projections 11 of a form panel 100, a plurality of half arc shaped lid-like slits 14 are formed at predetermined intervals in a length direction.
