Abstract:
To materialize complete isolation between a cryocooler and a cryostat.SOLUTION: An insertable/withdrawable cryostat includes a cryocooler 1 and a cryostat 2, a primary chamber 22 is placed in a primary shield 21 of the cryostat 2, a resilient circular sleeve and a primary bellows 221 are connected to top walls of the cryostat 2 and the primary chamber 22, respectively, a first lower conductive block 31 connected to the top wall of the primary shield 21 is fixed to the center of the resilient circular sleeve, bottoms of the resilient circular sleeve and the primary bellows 221 are each sealed, and a second upper conductive block 32 and a second lower conductive block 222 are fitted to the bottoms, a first upper conductive block is provided on a primary cold head 11 of the cryocooler 1 to cover the primary cold cover, the cryocooler 1 is installed in the top wall of the cryostat 2 via a resilient support device 4, and the upper end of the resilient circular sleeve is fixed to the resilient support device 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
