Abstract:
To provide a separation collection device capable of removing a sheath of a wire.SOLUTION: A separation collection device comprises a sheath removal machine 15. In the sheath removal machine, a fixing mechanism 85 is provided. On a lower side of the fixing mechanism, a sheath removal mechanism 84 is installed. The sheath removal mechanism includes a lateral block 25. On a lower side of the sheath removal mechanism has a reel mechanism 83. After putting a wire from which a sheath has to be removed, into the separation collection device, a position of a cutter is adjusted automatically according to thickness of the wire, and after adjustment, both ends of the wire are cut simultaneously.EFFECT: As an effect, without removing a copper wire by manual operation from the sheath, after cutting the wire, the sheath of the wire is fed from the separation collection device, then the copper wire from which the sheath is removed, can be collected automatically, for reducing a burden in manual operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
