Abstract:
To manufacture a high-quality cosmetic puff.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cosmetic puff 10 includes: a molding step of foam molding a latex foam raw material 20A in a mold 30 having a columnar cavity 31 so as to obtain a latex foam 20 forming a columnar body; and a cutting step of pushing a cutting blade 50 to a lateral face 21 of the latex foam 20, and cutting along a direction perpendicular to the column axis direction of the latex foam 20. The cutting blade 50 has a first cutting part 51 positioned at the tip, and a second cutting part 52 positioned at the root side of the first cutting part 51, and an edge angle θ2 of the second cutting part 52 is smaller than an edge angle θ1 of the first cutting part 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
