Abstract:
To provide a grill for Chinese-style dumplings which charges cooking oil when finishing grilling Chinese-style dumplings without manual labor and controls baked conditions.SOLUTION: A grill A for Chinese-style dumplings including a pan provided with a freely openable/closable lid, heating means heating the pan, and water pouring means 10 pouring cooking water W in the pan is further provided with: oil pouring means 80 pouring cooking oil L into the pan; and control means controlling the heating means, the water pouring means and the oil pouring means so as to cook Chinese-style dumplings. The control means starts cooking Chinese-style dumplings upon reception of an input of a cooking start signal, and notifies of its completion upon completion of the cooking the Chinese-style dumplings. The cooking oil L poured by the oil pouring means and the cooking water W poured by the water pouring means are supplied respectively into the pan through a coaxial double jet nozzle provided in the lid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
