Abstract:
To suppress the deformation of a hat-shaped cross-sectional component at the time of mold releasing, with a simple structure, even if bending occurs in a mold in the hat-shape cross-sectional component.SOLUTION: A press device 1 molds a hat-shaped cross-sectional component 80 by vertically and relatively moving a pad 20 and a punch 30 sandwiching a top plate planned portion, and a die and a holder 40 sandwiching a flange planned portion. The press device includes the pad 20 provided on the die so as to relatively move upward against downward energizing force, a holder 40 provided around the punch 30 so as to move downward against upward energizing force, and a locking block 51 provided on the holder 40 so as to horizontally move. The locking block 51 is configured to be inserted between a pad end portion 21 and the holder 40. A lower surface 21a of the pad end portion 21 and an upper surface 51a of the locking block 51 are configured by an inclined surface inclining downward toward the inner side in a longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
