Abstract:
To provide a hygienic mask body compatible with a facial contour of a wearer, and having a gathered cover part capable of improving adhesion.SOLUTION: The mask body includes two ear hooking parts extending from both end parts of the cover part that covers a mouth and a nose. A plurality of gathers stretchable in a lengthwise direction of a rectangular material are formed in the cover part. Two non-stretchable side edge parts, formed by bonding side walls of the gathers having a length corresponding to 15% or more and 80% or less relative to a lengthwise direction, are provided in both end parts of each of the plurality of gathers. Each of both end parts of the two ear hooking parts is bonded to a top corner and a bottom corner of the cover part, thus forming a mask main body whose entire surface is approximately elliptical. The hygienic mask body has a gathered cover part that bulges and projects frontward into a curved shape when expanded, allowing a semicircular bulging space to be formed three-dimensionally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
