Abstract:
To provide a customer support device and a customer support system that allow stores to provide some kind of support to customers who need support from their surroundings.SOLUTION: A customer support system comprises a server, accounting cameras 3 and 4, POS terminals 5 and 6, a specific POS terminal 7, a notification lamp, and an entrance camera 9, which are connected to each other via a LAN.
