Abstract:
To provide methods for rapidly enriching and culturing anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria.SOLUTION: Disclosed are an enrichment method for anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria based on a basalt fiber carrier, and an apparatus therefor. A basalt fiber carrier 2 is a novel inorganic fiber and has merits, such as environmental friendliness, low cost, high mechanical strength, and good biocompatibility. The basalt fiber can be woven into carriers in various forms, such as matte, umbrella, rope, star, and cloth, and is used for the enrichment culture of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria. The enrichment method for anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria based on the basalt fiber carrier and the apparatus therefor according to the present invention can obtain the enriched culture of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria having a high activity in a short time, contributes to the rapid start-up of an anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing process, and laid the foundation for the application of the process to the field of sewage biological nitrogen removal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
