Abstract:
To achieve easy handling while achieving a sufficient assisting effect.SOLUTION: A waist support wear comprises: an actuator 10 which is formed so as to assist a heavy object-lifting action by a Stoop method and support the waist of a wearer 200, and outputting an assist force Fa; an upper harness 20a for mounting the actuator 10 on the back of the wearer 200; and a lower harness 20b mounted on the lower half of body of the wearer 200. The actuator 10 has laminates obtained by laminating a plurality of actuator elements comprising sheet-like gelatinous dielectric bodies to be deformed in a thickness direction due to supply of voltage, and mesh-like positive electrodes and sheet-like negative electrodes arranged so as to sandwich the gelatinous dielectric bodies, and is formed so as to output as assist force Fa, restitutive force in the thickness direction, due to restoration each of the gelatinous dielectric bodies when the supply of voltage is stopped from a state that voltage is supplied to each of the gelatinous dielectric bodies via the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes of the laminates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
