Abstract:
To provide a system that can quantify a compaction position and time by a vibrator from an image of a camera unit and evaluate the concrete quality based on the numerical values.SOLUTION: A concrete compaction evaluation system includes a camera unit 3 that continuously captures a vibrator and a concrete casting area R, a coordinate acquisition unit 6 that repeatedly acquires the three-dimensional coordinate values of the vibrator from the shooting data of the camera unit 3, an identifying unit 71 that identifies the compaction location based on the acquired coordinate values, a determination unit 72 that repeatedly determines whether the vibrator is inserted into the concrete to a predetermined depth or more, a timer unit 73 that obtains the compaction time by measuring the time when the vibrator is inserted to the predetermined depth or more, and an evaluation unit 74 that evaluates the concrete quality of the compaction location based on the compaction location identified by the identifying unit 71 and the compaction time obtained by the timer unit 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
