Abstract:
To provide an exhaust gas cooling device capable of sufficiently lowering the temperature of exhaust gas.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas cooling device 1 includes a first exhaust pipe 2 through which exhaust gas G flows, a second exhaust pipe 3 connected to the first exhaust pipe 2 at its downstream side in the flowing direction of the exhaust gas G, and an outside air introduction part 4 provided in a connection area between the first exhaust pipe 2 and the second exhaust pipe 3 for introducing outside air A into the second exhaust pipe 3. On an inner peripheral face 2A of the first exhaust pipe 2, a first spiral part 21 is provided which is spirally protruded, and on an inner peripheral face 32A of the second exhaust pipe 3, a second spiral part 34 is provided which is spirally protruded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
