Abstract:
To enable distance measurement to be performed with better accuracy.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a first determination unit for determining whether a difference in depth value between a first pixel in a depth map and a second pixel adjacent to the first pixel is larger than a first threshold; and a second determination unit for determining, when it is determined by the first determination unit that the difference in distance between the first and second pixels is larger than the first threshold, whether a difference in reliability between the first and second pixels is larger than a second threshold. When it is determined by the second determination unit that the difference in reliability between the first and second pixels is larger than the second threshold, it is confirmed that the first pixel is a defective pixel.
